JB’s Italian Grille
Party/Event Policies


A non refundable room deposit is required with the return of a signed contract at least 3 weeks before your event.  At this time you may submit your menu selections, bar arrangements, room set up, decorating and any other special instruction you require.  Room charges are as follows: $75 Monday through Thursday, $100 for a half day and $200 for the whole day Friday thru Sunday.

A firm guarantee is required on the number of guests and food selections one week prior to the scheduled event.  All charges will be base on the guarantee.  If a request for increase of guest is submitted it is subject to food availability and approval of our head chef.


A minimum of 25 guests are required for sit down dinners and buffets.  For 24 or fewer guests a $1.00 labor charge per plate will be assessed.  

Menu prices are subject to change without notice unless a price has been guaranteed in writing and a deposit received. 


No food or beverage of any kind is permitted to be brought in with the exception of cakes and ice cream.  Please let us know in advance your plans regarding cakes.

All beverages must be purchased through the establishment.  NOEXCEPTIONS .  The beverage order must be turned in at least 10 days prior to the party date, and payment of the beverages must be made at the time of ordering.  Any unused non-alcoholic beverages may be taken home with you.  However, due to carry out restrictions with our liquor license, any unused alcoholic beverages may not be taken out of the building and credit will not be given for unused portions.  An unpaid bar bill will be charged to the account specified on the Reservation Form.

An 18% Gratuity will be added to preordered beverage orders and/or catering orders.  The amount will be figured on the total bill minus rental fees and guest fees.

Decorating is accepted only with permission.  Staples, tacks, glue, and nails are prohibited.  Masking tape is permitted on the walls only.  Glitter and confetti of any kind are not permitted.  A $25 clean up charge will be added if the room is left in an unacceptable condition.


There is a $40 Bartender fee if beverage service is needed for your party,.  Two forms of identification for any person of questionable age will be requested.  Service will be refused if the person is either underage, cannot produce proper identification or appears intoxicated.  Parents are prohibited from serving their underage children.


JB’s Italian Grille DOES NOT tolerate underage drinking.  It is your responsibility to assist JB’s Italian Grille in carrying out this policy.

We have an in house DJ to provide entertainment if needed.  There is a $350 service charge.  Any other DJ’s, bands, or any other live entertainment must be discussed and approved by JB’s Italian Grille Management prior to any event.  JB’s has the final say on all outside entertainment.  For guests safety, drinks are not permitted on any dancing areas.  Dancing without shoes is also not permitted.  Resistance of any of these rules from guests may result in Management intervention and possible party termination.  JB”s Italian Grille is not responsible for any loss or theft of materials, equipment or personal belongings.  Evening reception hours must cease by 10 pm unless approved by management to extend the time.

It is your responsibility to discuss the rules and policies of JB’s Italian Grille with all of your guests using our facility.  All children must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times.  Please respect our staff and keep children out of work areas.


Due to the fact that there may be another party after yours, you party MUST be finished and your party area picked up by the scheduled ending time.  (Please refrain from using confetti or silly string at your party.)  All of your belongings including presents, decorations, food, and etc. should be taken with you.  All other items should be placed in the garbage.

Party/Event FAQ’s


I’ve booked a party date.  What do I need to do now?
In order to reserve your party date, all rental fees must be paid in full at the time of making your reservation.  The payment may be mailed to the establishment, dropped off at the Host Desk or turned into the Owner.  You must also complete a Reservation Form.  Copies of the Reservation Forms can be obtained from the Host Desk.

Where do I go on the day of the party?
Upon arrival please check in at the host desk and they will send you in the right direction depending on where your party is being held, whether upstairs in the front room, or downstairs in the banquet area.

What do I do if I have questions or concerns during my party?
If you have questions or concerns during your party, please go to the Host Desk and ask to speak with the Manager on Duty.  They will be more than happy to help you.

May I decorate for my party, and if so, how early may I arrive?
Yes, you are more than welcome to decorate your reserved space for your party.  (We take care of setting up the room prior to your arrival, and also provide you with our basic tablecloths, unless you prefer to bring your own.)  You should check with the Owner to find out when you may arrive to decorate.

When do I settle my party bill?
You may settle your bill with your bartender/server in charge or with the Owner or Manager on Duty if that is what you prefer to do.  Any party balances that have not been settled prior to your party’s ending time will be charged to the account specified on your Reservation Form.
